IR2103 chip is a driver of high voltage, high-speed MOSFET or IGBT-transistors with independent output channels of the lower and upper levels. Own technology and HVIC-resistant latch CMOS technology helped to create a monolithic structure.
Logic input IR2103 chip compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output. The outputs of the drivers have a high pulse current buffer stage that performed to minimize conduction counter driver. An output channel may be used to control N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT-transistor with a top-level voltage to 600 V. The control channels are designed for fully loaded operation operable to + 600V
IR2103 chip is insensitive to negative voltage transients. Resistant to the slew rate (dV / dt); lock when the voltage drops; the logic of preventing cross-conduction; matched propagation delay for both channels.
