We are pleased to present to you MT7 slewing drive solar tracker
Slewing drive, also referred to as slewing gear or worm gear in the system, greatly reduces energy consumption.
In addition to solar power system, the actuator can be used to manufacture special vehicles, heavy trucks, container cranes, truck cranes and air vehicles, cranes, gantry cranes, small wind farms, space communications, satellite receivers, and so on. The principle of the slewing drive is based on the relationship of a deceleration device for transferring movement and power between two axles that are staggered in space. Slewing drive transmission generally refers to the main components of worm and wheel bearings, housing, and power supply. As the main component of rotary table bearings, it can withstand axial load, radial load and tipping moment. The slewing drive design can be divided into two different designs according to different applications. a) Low-load part-turn actuator b) High-load part-turn actuator. On board the MT7 has 2 Hall sensors for feedback, and the angle of rotation is 360 degrees. The MT7 rotary drive of the solar tracker is powered by 24 volts.
