Frequency conversion electromagnetic heater, 2.5 kW digital programmable electromagnetic heating equipment
The 2.5 kW / 220 V fully digital electromagnetic heating controller is a major improvement on Jonson Electromagnetic's 15-year-old traditional half-bridge circuit. It has carefully developed energy-saving heaters specifically for injection molding machines and small plastic machines. The circuit adopts full digital control and dual-core half-bridge drive structure. It has the characteristics of integration, intelligence, simple and convenient installation and debugging, and flexible control. It is an ideal product for injection molding machine, energy-saving transformation of small plastic machinery and equipment, and equipment heating.
Installation tips
1) Place 15-20 mm thick cotton fiberglass when the coil is flat, 10-15 mm when oval, and within 10mm when super oval
2) Coil and load distance (thickness of heat insulation cotton): 20-25 mm for round pipe,
3) Parameters of the adapted coil: 4 mm², effective length 11-13 m, inductance 100-150 μH, measured with an LC meter. (Without the inductance value of the load coil 100uh)
