For a successful installation and optimal results, it is important to consider some basic elements:

The outdoor antenna must be installed in an area where the desired signal is at least 2 risk! We recommend checking this aspect by testing the GSM network with your mobile phone. If we record 2 risks or more in this area on the mobile phone, this will be the location of the antenna. As we identify the locations where the signal is stronger (3 dashes, 4 dashes, etc.), the corresponding location is more suitable for installing an outdoor antenna. Also, you should make sure that there is exactly the type of network you want to capture. If you are receiving a GSM 3G signal on your phone, the same signal will be propagated indoors.

The connection plugs between the antennas and the signal range extender must be very tight.

The connecting cables must be taut, avoiding bending or twisting them.

The two antennas should be placed at a distance of at least 15-20 linear meters from each other to avoid intermittency of the fields they emit.

The outdoor antenna should be located higher than the indoor antenna. For example, ideally, the outdoor antenna should be mounted on a pole located on the house, and the indoor antenna should be mounted on a lower floor, i.e. below the outdoor antenna. The indoor antenna (transmitter) looks like a mushroom. It should be installed below the level of the outdoor one, possibly on the ceiling, but with the "mushroom hat" pointing downward to transmit the signal to your devices.
