DC to DC voltage converter 6-80 250 W 20 A MPPT solar charging power supply
Potentiometer adjustment: (the input and output current adjustment is not linear in the adjustment process due to the influence of the chip control principle) the adjustment mode of the two output potentiometers is clockwise to increase the setting value.
1. Input voltage regulator potentiometer: suppose the minimum input voltage is to be set to 20V, and the setting method is to connect the input terminal to a 2OV power supply and adjust the potentiometer clockwise until the module stops extending. This is the low voltage cut-off value of 20V. If the input is a DC source and the load is large, the module will reduce the input current and maintain the input voltage at 20V.
2. Output voltage adjustment potentiometer: adjust the output voltage clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease.
3. Output current adjustment potentiometer: the adjustment method is to connect a multimeter and a large load in series to the positive and negative poles of the output terminal (or directly use a multimeter for short-circuit output, which is not recommended, and the accuracy will change). Adjust the potentiometer counterclockwise until the current value of the multimeter decreases to the required value. (A prerequisite for adjustment is that the input power is not limited or the limited value is greater than the output power when adjusting, otherwise the correct output value cannot be obtained because the input power is limited.) To ensure that the output voltage is greater than 5V, the output terminal is connected to a large load exceeding the required current value, the potentiometer is adjusted counterclockwise until the displayed value is the required value. (The reason is that the output current detection function needs to ensure that the output voltage is greater than 3V, and the output current value cannot be displayed if the output voltage is less than 3V after a short circuit).
