Precautions:
1. If the input voltage is greater than 36V, first turn the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position, and then turn the switch to the ON position after connecting the wires and turning on the power (to prevent fire during wiring)
2. This power supply is a step-down power supply, the output voltage can only be lower than the input voltage
3. In the case of natural heat dissipation, the power is not more than 400W, and the current is not more than 15A. There is a power limit. If the output voltage is high and the input and output pressure difference is large, please reduce the current to use
4. If the current is more than 15A and the power is more than 400W, please add a fan to dissipate heat
Voltage and current adjustment method: (use a multimeter, flat head screwdriver)
Voltage adjustment: turn the blue potentiometer on the power board according to the required voltage, clockwise to increase the voltage, and counterclockwise to decrease;
Adjust the output current: set the multimeter or ammeter to the 20A or 10A current position, adjust the power supply voltage to 5V, turn the DC potentiometer counterclockwise about 10 turns, adjust the current to the minimum, use the multimeter to short the output, and then adjust clockwise. The potentiometer adjusts the current to the required current value;
The module's current detection is low level detection. Please do not directly short the input negative pole and the output negative pole with a wire. The short-circuited negative power supply will have no constant current, which will cause damage to the power supply and electrical equipment that requires constant current.
The module is a step-down power supply that can only step down but not step up, and the input voltage must be higher than the output voltage.
