Tabletop lathe WM210V
WM210V is a mini tabletop lathe, which is usually used in small-scale production for mechanical processing of metal, wood and plastic workpieces of relatively small sizes. The cast iron bed has a rigid structure, therefore, it provides low vibration of the device. V-shaped and flat guides serve for precise longitudinal movement of the carriage (ensures fixation and movement of the tool during operation) and the tailstock (supports the workpiece during processing). The toothed rack, in turn, provides the ability to move the carriage manually, which is done by rotating the flywheel. A 1100 W spindle motor is installed in the headstock of the machine, which transmits torque to the workpiece via a 3-jaw lathe chuck. The gearbox is based on precise, wear-resistant, durable metal gears. The unit has a horizontal automatic feed function.
The WM210V machine provides high precision and quality of processing, since despite its compact dimensions, it has the layout of classic models.
This machine is ideal for installation in a small utility room or garage.
Attention! A 3-jaw chuck is usually used to fix round, triangular and hexagonal workpieces. To fix square workpieces, a chuck with 4 jaws must be used.
