The latest version of the LCR-T4 tester software on the ATmega328p chip allows automatic identification of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, dual diodes, bipolar NPN and PNP transistors, N-channel and P-channel MOS FETs, JFETs, low-power thyristors, and triacs); measures resistance, capacitance, inductance, and forward junction voltage in diodes and bipolar transistors, capacitance and gate threshold voltage in field-effect transistors, and detects protection diodes in transistors.

The LCR-T4 digital tester displays component pinouts:

2) Diodes.
3) Diode assemblies.
4) LEDs.
5) Thyristors, Triacs - Low-power.
6) Zener diodes - breakdown voltage up to 4.5V.
