Battery Discharge Indicator 1-8S
Battery Discharge Indicator 1-8S (tester, detector, voltmeter) is an on-board low battery voltage indicator (Li-Po, LiIon, LiMn, LiFe) that shows the charge/discharge level AB and when the voltage reaches the lower limit of the set value, an alarm is triggered.
- The case of the 1S-8S battery discharge indicator is covered with a transparent thermal film, the device consists of:
- digital display (red, bright numbers, easy to read in sunlight);
- 2 speakers (loudness ~95dB);
- LED;
- buttons for changing the alarm limit value (located between the speakers, you can set from 2,7V to 3,8V).
Battery Discharge Indicator 1-8S controls the voltage on each cell of the battery and signals its low discharge by light and sound indication, which allows you to land the device until the battery (1-8S Lipo / Li- Ion / LiMn / Li-Fe rechargeable batteries)is completely discharged. Thus, battery discharge indicator 1-8S protect the batteries from undervoltage below the minimum allowable value, which prolongs their life.
The principle of battery discharge indicator 1-8S is that the display shows alternately the total voltage of cells and then separately voltage of each cell. If the voltage on any of the elements falls below the set value, a loud intermittent signal of ~95dB is output and the LED changes from green to red. The sound of signal can be turned off by the programming button (the indicator will work directly as a display).
